A depressing film. But a good one. Very real and gritty. Some grisly scenes in it though, especially the drug-taking. The music was great, though. And Jennifer Connelly was gorgeous in it (and not just because of the lesbian scene on the stage).

Any film with Jennifer Connolly in it is a winner.
Darren Aronofsky directed another film called pie which is worth a look.
