Yeah it had aged a bit i think. The bit where Rimmer shoves the other Hologram (not even going to atempt to spell the name lol) Under the bus was brilliant though!

How can you not love smoke me a kipper, i'll be back for breakfast! What a guy!

I preferred the first series with Holly and before Kryten came into it. I just loved the dry sense of humour from Holly. Even the female version of Holly wasn't too bad.

Kryten introduced too much slapstick into the show and that killed it for me. I've never really been into the pie in the face humour so I would have preferred it if they'd stuck to the one liners and kept Kryten out.

Awww come on, the early episodes with Holly beat Kryten hands down.

I especially liked when Holly had to play chess to win command of the ship and lost the game. I loved it when he siad he had the IQ of 6,000 and the other computer told him it was only 6.
The classic line, "Well I knew there was a 6 in it somewhere."

The actors portrayal of a ships computer that had practically given up hope was a classic, even the voice and attitude of fighting a lost cause came across.

Erm Girl here!!! I loved Red Dwarf but as the seasons moved on it just wasnt the same and was really disappointed with the three parter last year! Rimmer was my fav character by far! they still show repeats on Dave in the evenings, not sure what days it is, but you always appreciate the episodes when you havent see them in ages, the one I see the other day was when they went back to earth but everything was going backwards and funniest part was the fight that happened backwards!!!!

Might join you on the bridge for a few hours of train spotting one weekend. Maybe one of us can catch the reg numbers of the trains. Damn, those new diesel loco's are fast.

That Easter 3 parter was a total let down. After all that time, they could have done something far better than re-using an old alien from the old series and doing the time travel bit yet again.
