Must be "My Family" on BBC 1. What a load of rubbish. Never laughed once and gave it a chace, two episodes or so.Cant believe its lasted so long.

Thought the same myself the other day. I used to find it funny, so I'm guessing either its run out of steam or the few episodes I saw were during a brief period of reasonable scripting

I'm not sure if Fonejacker is supposed to be comedy, but I think it's shite. And so is Jackass.

I also agree with most of the above choices so far, with the exception of Jack Dee, who I like (although he is sometimes a bit hit and miss with his standup, depending on how long his season has been; don't particularly like that Lead Balloon series he's in that is on at the moment though)

I don't think we live in 'depressing times' at all. A lot of what happens in our own individual lives (regardless of general global downward trends) is down to us as individuals. On the point about there being hardly anything funny on tv right now, apart from the fact that I disagree (humour is, after all, a personal preference), I think people rely too much on TV for their entertainment nowadays (oh, and computers and the internet!), and it makes me sad.

I quite like My Family to be honest. Embarassed

That superhero one with Father Ted's Dougal in it was dire.

Lets face it, there won't be one comedy that everyone agrees on. It's like everything in life really...

I can't stand Ralph Little. Maybe that has clouded my judgement on the whole show.

i second this - dont see the comedy in it - characters are far too irratating to find funny
