Stardust; it's been a long time since I last enjoyed a film that much.

Is that the one based on Neil Gaiman's book? If so it's an amazing book, the film is not likely to do it justice.

If I'd have taken you we'd have been doing the same. You'd have probably liked the film a lot more then.

went to see book of eli and daybreakers today

book of eli - plot was as wafer thin as katie holmes when tom has her locked up for a week but it was saved by some damn fine acting fi the dependable gary oldman and denzel - oh and mila kunis was beautiful even in a post apocolyptic world Twisted Evil Twisted Evil - the twist at the end was pretty neat

daybreakers had a decent premise to it but lacked any direction and the dialogue was pretty awful as well- very dissapointing and worst thing is it the end promises a sequel

Saw District Nine on DVD... fantastic movie. The story was well-paced and well thought-out, with subtle yet well detailed special effects and even a few laugh-out-loud moments too... probably for the wrong reasons, but funny nonetheless. Well worth the price.

Walk on Water , it made my day. Wonderful story of a Mossad agent & his mission of capturing an old nazi officer whereas eventually discovering these, the grandson of that man himself turns off the life support system & kills his own grandpa.

Watched the new Vincent Cassell film 'Mesrine' yesterday. I'm a big fan of the guy and i love a lot of French cinema - especially if it has Jean Reno in it. Check out 'Ronin' if not already.

As for Mesrine, i don't want to say anything or give anything away - you should just pop ya clogs on and have a jolly down to the DVD store and mosey on over to the New Releases section.

In short - watch the damn thing. It's frickin' awesome!

Yer welcome x

Booo You can't rcomemend a film & give away the plot!!? Laughing I love Nazi hunting - and the films of it's genre; Marathon Man, Boys from Brazil. Anyway the hunter sounds a bit dubious; that's nor justice, turning off life support

'Rob,' it dose look good, tried to see it at the cinema, they were showning it for 3 weeks; first week the 1st film, second the second film, and third the first agian. Only heard about during the second week, so - would have had to of seen them in reverse. Thinking of it now, should have just seen the first one in the last week. That cinema needs an advice line Mad Laughing
