This is made by the people behind Shaun of the Dead. It is CLASSIC. GO AND WATCH IT NOW. The end is good, the story is lacking but who cares, its FUNNY

Shaun of the Dead was hilarious, Hot Fuzz really wasn't as funny, but I think it was worth watching for the style. The funniest part I can remember was when the reporter stumbled about with half of the church in his head. I'm not sick or twisted, but that had me howling out lol.

I love comedy, this sounds like something in the style of the old Lesley Nilson film Police Acedemy.

it's not realliy like Police Squad / Naked Gun as that was all visual gags, puns and double entendre. If you've ever seen Spaced then you'll know this is great British humour though actually Hot Fuzz is not in the same league as Shaun of the Dead or Spaced.

By the way I saw Shaun of The Dead and didn't like it much at all. It was more like an edition of the Goodies or some other vintage TV comedy than a proper film.

well being a self confesed film buff...just want to point out the Mr Nilson was not in police academy nor 2,3,4,5,6 or 7 he was the frank drebin in the naked gun movies...just wanted to point that out, before any nasty lawsuits from mr nilson takes place...

Nothing Simon Pegg does in the future will ever be as good as Spaced was, but Hot Fuzz is still fantastic.

Hot Fuzz was/is the film of the year. I was embarrasingly(sp?) loud in my mirthful appreciation....
