Just one bit I think - a dark stormy night on The Hermitage (Roche Rock) near st austell.
I've never had the courage to see the Shining cuz the book scared the beejeezies outta me and I'm told the film is pretty hot too!

Best horror movie ever was the Exorcist. It still is my all time favorite. Second best is the Exorcism of Emily Rose.
Nothing beats a good horror movie

This is from about 1980 and soon after I saw it at the cinema, it was banned.
The plot took an unexpected twist and I like enexpected or complicated storylines.
Gruesome and detailed.
House by the Cemetery.

Tough question as there's so many different types!
I'm a big fan of Romero - Dawn of the dead being my fav.
But others include: Halloween, The Omen, The grudge, The shining, Hammer Horror films (Frankenstein created woman with the talking head!) and the original wicker man - how mad was that!
When I was a kid, the original invasion of the body snatchers freaked me out, I was checking under my bed!!!
