I really enjoyed it, but I think Noel Clarke might have felt a bit under pressure to give the audience a happier ending and wrap everything up nicer.

It's still a fine example of his work. When will Hollywood beckon Mr Clarke?

wasnt impressed by adulthood - like u said the ending didnt really go with the rest of the films tone
