I'm sure the majojrity of us are more then familiar with the kind of emails.
A friend of mine received one a while back now, and he replied, I thought it worth posting for you all to see as his reply is very apt and funny IMO
You know how they go
I am Barrister Solomon Shangirila,a solicitor at law personal Attorney to
late President Gnassingbe Eyadema of the Republic of Togo .Here in after
shall be referred to as my client. On the 5th of February 2005,my client lost
his live in a Heart Attack.
My late client deposited the sum of $9.7million US dollars in a trunk box
in the year 2004and l under the coverage of FAMILY VALUABLE,and which the
fund belong to the citizen of Togo
and on it goes
Here's the reply he sent
Thank you for asking me to be part of this magnificent offer. I will be glad to help.
However, due to some unscrupulous people out there in internet land trying to rip people off by sending out spam email asking people to help gain shares of millions of US dollars, I have some reservation as to the validity of this email. Therefor, to ensure that this one is genuine I WILL require the following.
Any and all bank account details, including usernames and passwords for online banking.
Any documents pertaining to your property and possessions transferring into my name.
A signed affidavit claiming that I will have full control over your life.
Your first borns head.
Your thumb, index and middle fingers from your writting hand (after above documents have been signed)
A daughter of legal age to become my sex slave and to perform general household duties, including cooking, cleaning, ironing and to do everything I ask with compassion and sincerity without complaining. This must also include 3 some sex with me, her and another woman of my choosing.
Upon receipt of the above conditions, I may (and insist only may) consider your kind offer.
Once all the above have been recieved, I will require video proof of you dressing up like a chicken and parading around your home town acting just like a chicken does whilst wearing a sign that must provoke outrage with your fellow citizens were they shall proceed with throwing stones at you. Afterwhich, you shall then take a toilet brush and shove this up your anal passage and clean out all the shit that you are certainly full of.
I hope the above conditions are not too extreme and look forward to reply soonest.
Thank you and I wish us to have a pleasurable business transaction. I know I will if you do send the details requested.

the trophy room on 419eater.com is funny.
If i get a fake bank email i use a webcrawler to search their website repeatedly, that way it uses up their bandwidth and costs them some dosh.

Oh those 419 scammers, it's amazing that people are dumb enough to actually give them bank details and pay hard cash, but people do. Have you seen the website called "whats the bloody point" ? Some really funny examples of scammer baiting there! At least one person actually got money from a scammer! Quite a few got the scammers to take photos of themselves pouring water over their heads (by pretending they needed the scammer to undergo a sort of Baptism in order to do business!)
Ah, the simple satisfaction of conning a conman!
