why is it so hard to find a true friend??? when u think u have a true friend they do the dirty on ya by rippin u off been time. can anyone give me some advice???

My advice: Trust no one.

Isnt it also in the wrong section.

It has to be hard and should be hard to get true friends, many years can be involved with can be a good thing. If it were easy there would be far more 'taking for granted' also there would be no appreciation of those true friends if you could just click your fingers to get one.

As for trust this is the way i do trust:

True friends - 90-99% - Earned full trust (more or less over many years)

Friends - 70ish% - most my friends ill trust, but i always keep in mind the chance that i'd get shit on.

Mates - 40% - Ah well wouldnt trust most with anything important as far as i could throw them.
Good for a laff, also a good time thats bout it.

Laura it is getting a bit monotonous? Two questions spring to mind!

1) is this just sour grapes over a fall out between friends?
2) this friend hasnt been on line or posted for quite a while? yet sometime ago they were both the greatest of friends?
