No its true in "todays world" the woman wants, (and invariably gets) everything, so she wants the expensive cars, the well paid jobs with massive status, she wants the man to stay at home and look after the kids, she also wants the man to think more like her etc etc, she also wants to be a woman though, she wants to be "old fashioned" in playing the game, so she wants doors opened for her, she wants him to offer to pay the bill, she wants to be bought a drink and to be approached first. (wont go further, this could be in a thread of its own)

Mind you men, as a rule, have always made the first move, so i recon its universally excpected and accepted above all else.

Hmmm... now what were we saying about generalising earlier today Aradon? Wink

Oh, it is true though (lol). Just want to find a genuine gal (please!!!)

After making the first move time and time again and going to dates where the man couldn't be arsed to show up, I now stick to my guns; if a man is so all fired interested, then he'll come to my neck of the woods for a change. Perhaps this takes up too much time for the inherently lazy, as I've yet to find a man to agree to the terms, even if they're not a single parent on a limited income who has to think about babysitting costs/tickets for travel/etc.

It's not about the bill at the end of the date, gents; it's about showing you can actually be arsed to show your interest in your date.
