Not sure what you mean, most Irish women I have met are quite brash and forward and are not in the least bit shy.

I would say that out of the UK as a whole, they are the ones that you would most likely get a response from. A little bit too fiery for my taste though, I prefer women who can tell me what the problem is rather than explode into a tantrum every time.
