Long Island Iced Tea every single time. I don't know what's in it offhand, but I did find a list:

1 part vodka
1 part tequila
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola

Definately my favourite named cocktail:

The Bunny Hug
1 part Booth's Dry Gin
1 part Scotch Whisky
1 part Absinthe

Though I do follow the advice of The Savoy Cocktail Book when 'drinking' it,
specifically:
“This cocktail should immediately be poured down the sink before it is too late.”

Depends on my mood, but I have 2 or 3 that I really like...

1 - Sangria: 1 part red wine, 1 part white sparkling wine, 1/4 part orange juice, 1/4 part lemon juice, 1/5 part Port wine. You can boost it by adding 1/2 part of white rum. some frozen diced apples and orange.

2 - Water melon grog: (this takes 2 or 3 days to make but is very good) 1 small water melon, 1 pint white parkling wine or champagne, 1/2 pint vodka, juice half lemon, 2 tbs caster sugar. mix the vodka, the wine, the lemon juice and the sugar. with a apple corer open a hole in the water melon and with the help of a funil pour the liquid inside of the water melon. will not go all in once so leave the water melon to absorve a bit, covering the hole with the bit that came with the apple corer. then do it again until all is inside of the water melon. put in the fridge for the next day... and here it is

1 Lime
50ml Cachaça
Ice (~5mm cubes)
A nice clean tall glass

Wash the lime and roll it on a board to loosen the juices.

Cut the lime into pieces and place them in a glass.

Sprinkle with crushed brown sugar and crush the pieces (pulp side up) with a pestle. Just enough to release the juice, otherwise it'll get bitter.

Add the cachaça and stir to mix. Add ice and stir again. Some people put the ice in forst but you shouldn't. It's very hard to find a proper Caipirinha when you're out, most bars do a bad version of it.

The Bank Bar in Aldwych does the best on London IMHO if anyone's up for one?

I would love one if wasn't so far away... Smile well I will have to do it at home

And here goes the portuguese version of that:

1 part sugar cane aguardente (fire water)
1/3 part lemon juice
1/4 part honey
ice cubes

in a smoodie machine put the ice then the honey, the lemon and the aguardente. serve in short glasses with a thin lemon weage.

I use this as a brain freezer as well... serving in shot glasses.

Mojito:

3 fresh mint sprigs
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
club soda

In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda (or seltzer). Add a lime slice and the remaining mint, and serve.

If you like it sweeter then add more sugar.

Wetherspoons have just started selling them but they don't use fresh lime juice
