Nicest thing anyone ever said about me is "I trust in you" and/or "I believe in you."
That gets me everytime (too bad it's sort of rare).

My other fav things are when people with authority (teachers and such) speak well of things I really worked for or of things which just come with talent. I like being praised as much as the next person, but only when I believe I deserve it (and that doesn't happen easily. ) - surely nawt just for the sake of it or to be flattered with a hidden purpose.

I couldn't find a thread called 'the most horrible thing anyone has said about you' and didn't feel like starting one, but today someone said to me "I'd love to meet someone exactly like like you (then listed the qualities she liked about me) but 10 years younger"

Nicest thing anyone ever said to me was that i look most beautiful when i first wake up in the morning even after a night out, with make up down my face and hair a mess!
not quite sure its true but it was nice to hear!

Not to do with dating or anything, just something said to me last night in the pub:

I had a lovely compliment from 2 young girls, they said I looked fantastic & couldnt believe how old I was & that they hoped they look as good as me when they get to my age.Awww how sweet.........

I've been told I'm cute (although I think those people need glasses...or new ones if they already have them), but most of the nice things said about me are to do with college/academically.

Just because I think she thinks I won't post it on the forum like I said I would, I will........Yesterday someone said I was "a gem of a bloke with a gorgeous hairy chest". I do have nice friends, don't I?
