About 15 years before that though in 1992 I went up to a really good looking woman who was walking through a busy city centre with her friend and said; "Can I take you home with me?", again just to see what happened. That got a really good response as her face lit up with a big smile and she ran forward to her friend saying, "guess what that man said to me".

lmao she was probably so relieved her friend was there for her....

In both instances when I used chat up lines I wasn't expecting to gain anything from them. A bit like when someone puts a 50p bet on the grand national they are not expecting to win. Its just a see what happens situation.

By the way in the incident you mentioned that woman seemed incredibly flattered. If she was single I bet I could have pulled her. She was a really hot blonde woman as well in her mid thirties.

nothing special i can think of. A stranger walked up to me at a party once waving a condom in my face and said, 'do you know how to use one of these?'. For want of a witty reply i just laughed and said 'yeah' and walked away.

OK, here's one that always gets a laff!
It's a two-parter!
You have to use it on someone who looks like they are well-heeled.

'Oh my god, you are just the kind of person I want to marry'

At which point, they look at their friends and think/say 'what a loser!'
Here comes the punchline...!

'I'd divorce you a year later and take half your money!'

Ice broken!

Greystone, I would advise you to retract that comment. Do not abuse posters on here by calling them names.

You will have a pm in about 5 minutes

What the fook do you mean by being creepy????? These guys are creepy not me:

By saying I am creepy you make me sound like some really hard thug who scares the life out of other people at a hundred yards. I am a wimp man, I can't fight to save my life.

Creepy: Annoyingly unpleasant; repulsive.

Not scary greystone. Buy a dictionary, or just use dictionary.com, im sure it will help ya figure out what all these big words actually mean.

Oh and have you never heard the advice given to peeps to avoid crazy/creepy people?

"Smile, avoid eye contact, dont make any sudden movements, go as quickly as is safe to someone you know or a safe location."

Does that seem at all familiar with all of these women you supposedly chat up?

No creepy means very scary think of those 1950s B-movie horror films like Godzilla, they were creepy. Your dictionary is totally wrong! Ever heard anyone say "that horror film was so creepy?"

creepy

• adjective (creepier, creepiest) informal causing an unpleasant feeling of fear or unease.

That's from the Oxford English Dictionary, so it doesn't mean "very scary"

To quote John Tillotson:

Ignorance and inconsideration are the two great causes of the ruin of mankind

We were just attempting to help stoney stop ruining mankind baggie Razz

And stoney, 1950's b-movies scary? I thought they were all re-classified as comedies.
