Depends on the weather a bit, and where. But probably a T-shirt, maybe a light jumper (depending), some chinos and my favourite Jacket.

smart jeans usually dark blue and some nice shoes and a nice day top or nice night time top and accessories

and as for dresses and skirts they dont suit me i look all wrong and even more dumpy than normal also my right leg is almost always swollen from last yrs accident still and if it was too hot for opaque tights or whatever then massive scar would be on show so no thankyou

so you would rather have a date with a woman who does not feel comfortable in her clothes you would rather her wear something she doesnt feel right in and look uncomfortable and rigid in it

anyway some of us dont need to make an effort as we are great anyway

or we have big boobs

woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooop

I don't know if all blokes are the same, but what the girl is wearing has no real importance when going on a date to me.
Give me a girl who dresses like a geek, but I can click with and makes me really smile any day.
Yeah, it is nice to look at the wrapping, but what is inside is sooo much more important.....

Lunchtime date - Jeans or some sort, not necessarily blue and either a shirt or nice sweat top.
Evening - smart casual depending on where we were going, could be tailored trousers or a nice skirt with top to match. Or, like last Saturday tailored black cut off trousers, a grey, black and white buttoned up cardigan, fish nets and black heels. Fab
