Say thanks very much! Nice to be here or should I say back as I was here for a little bit a year ago but lost login details

I would say to her that doesn’t “……as I was here for a little bit a year ago but lost login details” mean (and I’m just being Satan’s Smutty Mate here ) ……

a) I was here for a little bit last year, but all the men who contacted me were wankers, so I gave up and left. I’m hoping there are some decent blokes here this time.
b) I was here for a little bit last year and met someone, but it didn’t work out, so I’m back to try again.
c) I was here for a little bit last year, but the bits that were offered to me were a little bit too little, so I bought a rabbit, but that’s broken, so I thought I’d come back.

Of course, it means something completely different when a bloke says it. Usually:

a) I met someone here and made it common knowledge, but she dumped me and I was too embarrassed to come back here, but hopefully everyone has forgotten about that little episode by now
b) My wife/girlfriend caught me on Flirtbox last year and gave me an earbashing, so I had to leave. She trusts me not to come here now, so I came back hoping to find someone new to send photos of my todger to.
c) I was here for a little bit last year, and now my course of medication for some unspeakable STD is finished, I'm back.

Enquire as to which of those options he hasn't had as a reason for leaving and returning more times than anyone. Twisted Evil

Giggle wickedly at him, and tell the previous him that:

Mostly I answer to a) they were wankers however some were too nice - nice is good but...

b) I also met someone but it didn't work out then met another but that was doomed - so am now consigned to singledom for a bit - and been guaranteed next millenia delivery into the arms of my one true love by Federal Express.

oh and c) bits were nice enough in proportion then did resort to ahem rabbit however rabbit requires batteries and I am an eco girl and need to get it solar powered before I will use it again!

So yeah here I am again - hope to have few of the ones that led to a) - a successful b)? and perhaps a bit of fun with c) with of course a few adjustments

Or if you are really geeky

And then kick himself for pointing it out. Laughing

How was it doomed btw?

None of the above; as most of the regulars here know, I delete my profile every 300 - 350 forum posts, just a habit, y'know.

Tell him good spring cleaning habit - is your inbox always tidy? - my google one usually has about 1000 unread!!! yikes.

Tell her that yes rechargeables do count but they hmm don't have the same power Embarassed and so don't quite hmm get there! (runs off blushing madly!)

Tell him - that I love the geeky option - I have a workshop with cool things in it like circular saws so do like to geek out when ever possible.

Ask to see her toolshed

Oh, and tell her yes, my inbox is always tidy, all emails are filtered into folders with appropriate person/businesses name.

‘Spring cleaning’ ones profile is a good idea, it means that if you meet someone new from here they can’t backtrack too far into your forum posts and find things that one has written in the past (that might not be relevant anymore) and make assumptions about you based on them. It only happened to me once, but in my case I did (twice) have a stalker that read *everything* I had ever posted on the forum and quote them to me in emails, which was a bit scary!

Think that he would no doubt thing that my toolshed is incredibly disorganised, ditto head, ditto life - but perhaps I like it that way? (yeah right)

Nod knowingly at him - yes I have had this before years ago but its not a nice feeling.
