Well having nice clothes on is a start every thing in that department has to be perfect, then the finer details such as hair, smelling good and having nice skin.

Oh and having an appropriate watch on my arm to.

Its ok, my son is the same, so i do understand what its like. OCD is not a nice thing to have. Its a nightmare when we have to go anywhere!!!

There is so much more to it than I can explain and this is the main cause for me taking ages to get ready.
