Even if most women realise they want a nice guy in the end they're more attracted to confidence in the beginning - which if we're being honest is a pretty poor indicator for decent.
There are millions of real world examples that we can all think of.

And I can think of a million and more real world examples to prove that you are talking bollocks. We;ve been down this road before, women who want 'bad' boys ie men who treat them like shite either have very low self esteem issues or are downright bonkers and need locking up. Vulnerable people will always gravitate towards people who have issues of their own and need to treat others badly, and vice versa....I think what you really mean is that you had your eye on a gal who prefered another bloke, and in *your* opinion you were the better catch....She didnt agree. Get over it.....but this topic has been done to death and I'm no longer in the mood to make light of it, so I shall shuffle off and do summat far more interesting, like go wash the catfood bowls....
