just wondering what your stories are in falling in love for the first time? and how old you were when this happened??
also how do u know when u are in love? and whats the difference between love and lust? im clueless in this area as i dont think i have ever really been in love
20.06.2006, 10:57 quote
Me personally i think you know when your in love.
I have only ever been in love once and never got the chance to tell them, its not the same saying it to a coffin. but apart from that i have once thought i had been in love but thinking about it now i think it was lust.

nice and witty question however, basically you are asking us to define the undefinable?!!!! love is a word that can not be defined by any means!!! if the question is answered, then the question would have disappeared!!! my belief says that love is not a word, it is abstract entity... However, in the end, I might say that Love is like a mountain, hard to climb "" in terms of finding the right one"" , but once you reach the top, the view is beautiful " it is hard to get to the top in this world. NO comments about LUST

Love is a language.
If two people meet up and they both learn to speak it, then they just know.
Actually, I think it's possible to love someone very much and lust after them as well. Ooooerrrrr - what a complicated question!

One problem is that 'lust' has religious overtones. You know? It's meant to be one of the seven deadly sins. So is lust the same thing as wanting sex? I don't think so - The one time I thought I felt lust it was overwhelming ... My heart was racing, I felt sick, it was like being in pain. Sexual desire is pleasurable - I don't think they're the same thing. Not for me anyway.
Yes - I've been in love, but that's hard to define as well because our culture makes too much of it ... You're 'supposed' to feel like this or that (confusing!) And then there's romantic love, which I reckon you can only experience once.

this is a really hard question as there are so many types of love and what one person may see as love another may see as lust...
what i would say is dont worry about love, and enjoy yourself and when it happens it happens
