I noticed that too especially at some busy pubs in London. Though the ratio was no where near as bad as ten to one. The ratio varies a lot from pub to pub. You have got to look around a lot for one with a good man to woman ratio.

By the way another good place to meet women is the library and in libraries women tend to outnumber men. Large busy central libraries can be quite a good source of available women. Just remember to talk quietly. I have met quite a few women in them though I am yet to get off with one.

I took a mate out last night to help her drown her sorrows. Nearly every pub we passed was nearly all men. In fact, one that we went passed had no women in at all!!!

Maybe we're just more comfortable with our own company at home
