Some might think this is disgusting, others might think it's funny....
when meeting your new love, how long do you wait until letting go of that first fart? Twisted Evil Twisted Evil do you then think ...he / she is a pig, or do you think, ok...it's only human?.... Twisted Evil

Was gonna ask this very question my self.

I think it can be embarrassing in the first few days of a relationship, but as time goes by it seems to be a competition of who can let the better one go, or is that just me.

And yes it's just human, we all do it.

Well I was married for 17 yrs and as far as I know my ex didn't know ladies could fart! I never farted out loud in front of him (Or anyone for that matter..it is bad manners) He, like most men was a proud and enthusiastic farter.
What I want to know is..if you can hold it in when you are in the first stages of a new relationship why cant you do it all the time?
I hate it when people belch and fart loud n proud. Dont even get me started on Jane in the Big Brother house!!!

LOL! My ex always claimed women never fart so that's where us guys get these ideas from minks!

It's true, like most men I too am a proud farter, especially when my innards are on top form. In my opinion if you hold it in it causes discomfort, so release for relief.

If she cares for you, she would rather put up with the stench than see you suffer in pain surely? Smile

I find farting and burping loudly absolutely disgusting. Fair enough, everybody farts and burps, but doing it really loudly? Not pleasant at all. Confused

well here is a sure fire way to make sure a guy doesnt fart out loud in front of you, my mother always says that if you are on farting terms then you are comfortable enough to be on marrying terms Laughing

True, farting/burping isn't nice and I can understand the feeling of disgust. But the pain wind brings if you don't release is horrible also!

Guess it depends if you relieve yourself in a "polite" manner, thinking of others - or make the most out of that trapped wind by turning the expelled air into a full blown orchestra.

It's one of nature’s paradoxes actually - it's great if you're doing it, but horrible if someone else does it in front of you.
