Time IS the key here.......i think most of us here on this site have suffered low self esteem and lack confidence in some way or another over the years. I myelf am still on a recovery period after my split of 24yrs.... Why try to run? before you can walk! It will take the time it takes andeveryday is an new one! everyday gets a little bestter than the last and tomorrow will be better than today! Just allow yourself the time and space to re-discover yourself.... you will be fine although you don't think so presently.

Then do what i do and don't bother. Can't see the point of this 'chasing' thing on either side. Yeah, I'm shy and i feel sick when making contact, especially if you've been talking a while and it's got to the phoning stage. The way i look at it is, he's likely to be just as nervous, so someone's got to make the first move!!

Starting to feel like not bothering now, getting myself worked up for no reason. The way I am seeing it atm is they arent interested so, I will wait for them now.
