If I'd get one it would be like this:

Very Happy Not complicated at all though. Very Happy But oh me likee, it just says it all for me.
And I'd like to put that on my left shoulder... Or smth. Smile

I've got one of the saint done by my mate ** years ago, we also did one on my brothers leg.

I've got a few on my arms, wouldn't mind another on the top of my left arm which is blank. To many tattoos on a women can be a turn off for me, but a fews okay.

I have 2, i dont particularly care what people say but mine are for me and are not anywhere that is gonna really be on show unless i am in bed with someone or i am wearing a vest top haha

I have 2 black ones - i dont like colour tattoos - one is a tribal cross on my left shoulder and the other is a celtic sun/star effort that is right on the bottom of my back just above my rather sizeable arse

i love my tattoos but i dont think i would ever have anymore

I don't mind chops on a woman, depends what it is.

I have a 5" band around the right upper arm, Polynesian type design, just finshed the fill colouring.

The band is just the first part of this tattoo, which will run from the right elbow up the arm and over the shoulder and around the right side of my back, when finished similar to the one here

that's cool...

I'm probably going to have one by the end of the year on my left shoulder, has to be based on a band going all the way round - yes I hope I pass out Razz but not quite the size of that - probably a dragon, or maybe something sea oriented, no idea yet...

I love tats on women

I too have a major phobia against needles, and cant remember the last tme I had an injection of any type.. *shudder*, but I do have a tattoo, and I can tell you it doesnt really hurt at all. Its only an ex's name (which i need to get covered up soon!), and I have heard its the colour that is most painful, but if its only the saint you wanted, it'd only be an outline so I imagine it'd be the same.. painless..

you should go for it..

:>

I'm seriously thinking about getting the Celtic band on my left bicep that is blank. Just to level things up a bit. Been thinking about it for years

You won't pass out, it just tickles a bit. If you're having a band all the way around the arm, the inside of the arm will probably be the most sensitive, but by the tim you've had the outline done, then gone through 2 sessions of colouring, you'll be used to it.

Yeh, that one is big, no idea when I'll get it finished, although it's more a financial thing than anything else. With hindsight, I'd have mine on my left arm/shoulder instead, then I might have done some of the work myself (being right handed).

I find them very sexy on men, although not too many, too many is just a big turn off.
I've thought about having one for years, possibly a musical symbol, but the thought of what it would look like when i'm in my 60's or 70's just keeps stopping me. I don't want to be an old grannie with tats, that would just look really cheap, in my opinion.

It may be a rare sight now to see older women with tattoo's but by the time we are in our 60's or 70's it will be the 'norm' to see the older female population with them

I thought about that when I got my tattoo last week "What would a 70 yr old woman look like with a shooting star..." and my other thought was "What will I look like with a tattoo hanging out of a wedding dress/formal dress..." I debated it for a little bit, but then I decided to go for it and I am extremely happy with my decision. I love it and say if you want it, go for it.

I found the pain to be minimal and not bad at all. The coloring of mine hurt the most, but it was totally worth it.

I'm already considering getting another one! I want to get a few snowflakes with a winter wind design, but I'm going to wait for a while. Something like this

on the pain thing, my shoulder one didn't really hurt and i remember saying to him when he had done it "oh have you finished that was quick!" I thought it felt a bit like someone lightly pinging a rubber bad against you skin

The one on the bottom of my back - holy mother of jesus and the good sweet lord himself that one got me. I was sat on a chair high up facing the back of it so my back was on the tattooists eye level and i was holding on the back of the chair and no word of a lie my knuckles were white. It hurts more there though as it is more bony in that area.

Still love them though
