I haven't look at the statistics but it seems the woman are most definately spoilt for choice so they are the last people I would be expecting to complain. There are far more men on here than women

As a man - I have been browsing through the profiles and just hit my mid life crisis....
Women of my age or younger suddenly become Frumps from the age of about 35.
30 - 35 there are very few women and of those half of them are ugly and the other half have tattoo's. I thought I was looking at a circus side show for the tattoed ladies - I never have liked women who look tougher than I do and what man wants to sleep with Popeye the sailor anyways? at least Popeye aint got hairy legs
25-30 Possible potential here except the pretty ones are fem dykes and contrary to popular beleif men like chicks who like dicks not chicks with dicks! Theres a good chance they are going to think I am a dirty old man.
16-25 I wont even go there as women of this age think they are all that and they arent really mature enough to know how to look after a man.

So that leaves the older mature woman of which there are very few and my friends would have a field day if they knew I had was dating a granny! I aint even got kids yet!

So you are telling me you are up for dating a 40+ year old? and even if you are I dont see it as Arrogance. I have seen enough profiles on here of young women wo dont want to be bothered by men 10+ years older than themselves and I am not sure I would wish to date someone with such a big age gap.
