I think from the experience that I had with speed dating, both genders approach it with a very different attitude. The male friends that I have who have tried it tend to tick pretty much everyone in order to get as many replies as possible, but the females I know who have are a lot more selective about who they tick.

Its definitely something that I would do again, although there are no events anywhere near where I have moved recently (gloucester)

I do DIY speed dating when I am out and about if I spot a woman that I fancy then I try to talk to her for a while and then give her my email address or ask if I can see her again.

I think organised speed dating is a rip off. You have to pay about ten pounds to attend such an event and the chance of success is very low.

Never been speed dating for the pure simple fear that i wouldnt find anyone to talk too.

I dont walk around in a hoodie and cap most of the time, im quite well spoken and before i moved back to lond had a decent job.

The guidlines for dating say thats one of the most important things.

These days ppl are so obsessed with the way you look, rather then the way you talk, treat others ect:

Its all down to pure carnal attraction mate.

Dont be disheartened keep your chin up and persivere!
