I have been thinking about this one.

And I would say...at the end of the day, it's all about a little bit of fun. A little giggle, a flirt and so on.

I mean..there ARE people that have become couples from this site, but...not many.

It's usually the distance, or the fact that the other person is just having a harmless flirt with you, or worse..both that stop you having any kind of relationship.

Now. People usually end up just being friends. It's a little bit depressing that you can get along SO well with somebody, hell, even have pretty much everything in common with them, but it'll never be because of the reasons above.


I have been chatting to some wonderful guys off here, and..nothing has happened with any of them for a number of reasons. I guess it's time for me to give up on finding somebody here now, eh?

I know what you mean, although I have straight away put on my profile that I don't want people messaging me for sex and that I am not intrested in that, I do kinda feel that I probally put people off messaging me at all. Also, I already have the idea of how these places work so already have in mind that nothing will probally ever come of anything even if I got on with someone really well. Though saying that, maybe now you've put your thoughts out...one of those nice guys might take note!!!

Personally, i've found that the ones who pm either are looking for quick casual jollies, or just seem to want to chat online when they are bored. Mention actually meeting, and they get cold feet and vanish!
I have gotten to a crossroads in my life where I am sifting out what I dont want.......I have 43 email penpals (not all men off flirtbox admittedly) and yet you can count on one hand the times and friends i see in a year, and still have fingers to spare. Entirely my own fault of course, but am working on it.
So, if there are any guys (or straight woman looking to make new friends) in the south east or london area, get pm-ing me, but dont leave it at the written word forever!

well girl you gotta give it a try, I can say that though...maybe nor when I've been single for a while!!

Personaly I am looking for a conection with someone and I guess because I joined a site called flirt box it would be nice for there to be a little sparkle there but at first I am aiming at friendship.

Start there and if something comes naturely then brilliant if not well you may just gain a really good mate.

One thing I am not into and that's hurting someone or being hurt myself it just stings in a major way.

As for the whole sex question I alwys find sex is great when it means something and the person has a bond with you.
