Bit hard this one, I have only been single for just over a year now, BUT I have not been on a date for 16 years, I have met a 2 women since my divorce but this was by their choice, and it was not exactly a date, to get to the point my question is:, what do I do now, what do I say and do, I never had a problem when i was 17 but now I am slightly older I think I lost the plot a liitle bit

Just be yourself. Trying to be someone you are not always ends badly. And smile - a nice smile can say much more than thousand words Very Happy

Totally agree, remember the person you are meeting is probably just as nervous as you are. A couple of drinks is good to calm the nerves, but as stated previously not too many or you could end up making a total arse of yourself. Even if you don't hit it off, just put it down to experience.
