what have you got to lose? some people just dont like fannying around and rather meet asap..that way they know were they stand..

but, if you do not feel ready then just say..if she runs a mile then either way you will know where you stand..good luck

I seem to be the opposite of every one on here ... in my opinion i'd rather chat for ages .. suss what the pesons like before i would even contemplate meeting them ... everyone to their own tho

good luck whatever you do ...

tis down to you in the end, id personally get her on the end of the phone for a couple of days first, and try a webcam chat (if she has one) if all looks good then decide to meet in a public place, like a cafe or someplace that serves food etc, like kev said, some people dont like messing about on a forum/pm service and so start "instant" messaging asap, then meets. just be sensible and use your grey matter Very Happy

I'm with you Cheeky, but as the guys say, life is short, and provided you taken the advice the lads have dished out, you could end up being glad you've done.

The only thing i would add, is don't give out your home phone number or your address til you're absolutely sure. If she genuinely likes you, she'll understand the precautions.

Ahh now i understand the myspace bulletin...........

I would personally be a bit wary of this one. Im the same type of person as cheekyeyes. Gotta speak to someone a good while before it would go any further

see thats the way i usually am i like to talk to folk before anything...this one was straight out of the blocks from the get-go and caught me off guard to the point where i thought it was someone i knew at the wind up

back to normal for me now...stalker is well and truely ignored

i would much rather talk for a while first... however sometimes you can just click with a person and go see them? it all depends on who it is!
