1. Intelligence, I do need to have a conversation with someone
2. A sense of humour, otherwise I will end up in a shallow grave saying, but I was only joking
3. Looks. Now don't jump to conclusions. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I for one do not find anoxeric models to be attractive. You need something to hug
4. Simular interests, you have to have something to talk about
5. A good smile. I find no attraction in photo's where the woman doesn't smile, (small clause in case of what they are wearing, I am male after all).

In no particular order

1) looks - physical attraction is the reason we go for someone in the first place (generally)
2) humour - being able to have a laugh is very important to me
3) honesty - always being open and honest with someone is key to gaining trust
4) sensitivity - to have enough time and patience to listen and understand
