I spent that long in the bathroom once. When I was fitting a new shower.

But then I don't have to apply make-up. Well... not every day.

It's amazing how many girls feel like they have to pile the make up on to feel attractive.

One of my best girl friends, who I've known for years, I had never seen without make-up until about a month ago, when we both crashed over after at my friends house after a night out. That's kind of crazy in my opinion. Add to that the fact that she looked a lot better without the make-up, at least in my opinion. Try convincing her, or a large proportion of girls of that though.

Here's the irony though. Guys spend from ten minutes to half an hour preparing for a date, and women spend anything from half an hour to two hours (entirely stereotyping of course, obviously some women have more sense, and some guys are vain ). However, men don't generally notice or appreciate that effort, but women do notice, and appreciate when a guy makes an effort.

Logically then, us guys should be spending two hours getting ourselves sorted, trying on outfits and that, and you girls should just turn up, hair unwashed, clad in a mauve velour tracksuit. It would make more sense.
