Looks for me are nothing more than a kind of "bonus". All the girls I've had a relationship with have all had something in common - they had a personality that I was attracted to and also a brain. A couple of my girlfriends were very attractive girls, some of my other girlfriends might not be considered so... but that wasn't really important to me.

I think in general, most men go for looks first before they'll get to know a person, especially on sites such as this. But it works both ways... women are just as bad, if not worse. I don't go out looking for girls in bars or clubs or anything like that, because I don't think I'd like the type of girl who'd only talk to me because of the way that I looked.

As long as the person in question isn't horrificly bad, then Im not too fussed about looks.

When I receive email I can normally tell if they have read my profile...many mail me in their 20's and thirties.........most have gone by my picture......I am very young looking for my age..........but have no interest in men under 50.............I always read the entire profile.I think men just want to cut to the chase....laughing
