I would rather someone be honest and up front about how many people they had been with even of it came as a shock. reason being is it would hurt if someone said they had only slept with so many and then it all come out of the wood work in other ways. the oast always catches up with people in one way or another. why put yourself at risk by not being up front. if someone likes you and are worthy of your affection then surley they would not be put off by the past.

One of my female friends keeps alist. not as to rate (i dont think) but she puts a tick next what shes done with each one...

i do the rating thing as well, also in the back of my diary, but i do it out of stars, 5 stars for amazing, 1 for crap. getting to the point where i dont recognise a couple of the names though, its not good. need 2 stop sleeping with ppl when im so drunk dont remember them!!!!
