From my personal point fo view and experience I am telling this.
I used this site a quit while ago, with a god profile stating evrything, what I am looking, andalso 3 pics.
But u know one thing most of the interenet datin sites having fake pics including girls and boys, I have had so many mails from black, mixed and also white girls, after talk some time over the mails, they try to tell cock and bull stories, that they stucked in africa/usa/or bla..bla, and want to send some money to come to london, where they can live peacefull, so that makes me so annoyed, thats why I removed the picture, and also one more thing, girl get loads of replys, i hope so in internet dating, if u rellay dont like their profile, Just type one msg and save it( saying I am sorry not interested after gone through your profiel) that cud be anything with out picture ot mismatch fo age as tanya said, or interests..

I used to have my pic in my profile but people at work found it and that was a LONG week of having the juice extracted, I work in a big company and there are a LOT of notice boards :p

Now I just add a note that pics are available on request (not that I ever get any replies since I don't have a pic..vicious circle? )

You've got to have your picture up there. If you dont,... how can you expect someone to recognise you if you meet?
