I met this guy 3 months ago in a club and we made out and dated a couple of times...Last week I has a job interview and they got me! But my surprise came the first day at work, when he was introduced to me as my boss...What should I do? Talk to him? Let it be? Keep dating him? Find another job? I´m freaking out!!

Don't tell your colleagues, but make an effort to talk to your boss. It shouldn't look suspiscious as you're a new member of staff, but you do need to sort out whether it's likely to be an issue for either of you.

I had soething similar once, except I was the boss and the circumstances were slightly more crude. Basically I got with a girl in a club, then 3 days later I was her Manager at a Corporate event. She was working as a temporary bar worker in my section! We just laughed it off and ended up being quite good friends through work.

You did the right thing in clearing the air, there's no point in having awkwardness in the workplace over such good things, so long as you let him know where you stand...
