i realized that thing so much time ago and i am wondering how come there are so many single mum around the uk.

i dont think it is just a matter of seeking a father for kids, being a mum is a full time job and it needs to be home everytime so as they dont go out that much, they find these sites as a way of socializing.

Yep, that's it exactly for me, that and the fact that I've so few friends that I'm actually becoming a hermit and the outside world is becoming more and more scarey to me...... jeez I'm a sad sack!! lol Laughing

pls no one be offended but,

generally speaking, it is for everyone,

i am wondering where their father is, all the men are just interested in shagging and then just disappearing. are they irresponsible people?

ps: i am straight and a complete man, and i love love like everyone, but i wouldnt do that, i would always look after my kids and the mother of kids. i'd never go away even if i broke up.

Unless you remained fantastic friends with the mother of your children, you would move away/out. It's worse for the children if they are brought up in a household frought with anger, bitterness and any other negative emotions/feelings. Far better to have 2 parents apart that get on, then 2 living together that don't get on.
