That is probably the most accurate answer on here. Well done sir.

Love involves a degree of rationality. E.g. sometimes, if you love someone you'll let them go as you know its for the best. Lust on the other hand is consuming (e.g. you don't care who you hurt just as long as you get that satisfaction.)

You're probably right in the most basic of cases, but it's not always that way.
I truly believe I have never been in love, but I do care about people other than myself in relationships. And I can say with certainty I have lusted after girls...

A lot of people also confuse infatuation (sp?) with the love / lust mix too..

It's funny how people defined these feelings...

And it's even funnier how, yet again, there are as many definitions of love as people in the world.

One thing we can know for sure. NOTHING IS SURE. Confused Laughing

I love to be with people or a person with whom I can share my life openly, both the good and the bad without being judged. I lust for sexual intimacy with many different people at different times. If I am feeling lustful toward the person I love being with, so much the better.
I love to love and be loved!
Does this expression not go for many of us normal human beings?

love or lust, they generally decline or disappear over time. what makes relationships successful is Respect for each other. Love and Lust are good catalysts.
