is there any greater pain than when you love some one and they leave?

i think the greater pain would be to have someone die. my mate lost her bf last november after being together for 13 yrs and just got engaged. it was a freak accident. but that's no comfort when you're left with three small kids and no father for them.

It's a depressing thing I know. I even know one gril who's fella topped himself due to depression. Knwoing it could've been avoided is probably even worse. But I genuinely don't believe that there's anything worse than being dumped when your really into someone. It's just the lowest you can get!

well my mate and her fella were both 26 when he died.... he was actually out doing a nixer to pay for his son's birthday present when he was killed. he was cutting down trees and one fell on his head. talk about freak accidents. he died on impact. his youngest son was only 1. his eldest was 8.

I would imagine having your bollocks smashed between two bricks is more painfull.

There is nothing like the pain endured when you've lost the one you love.....untill you realise she's nicked all your porn and then it turns to anger.

losing someone you love to death must be the worst thing ever, getting dumped also sucks, but when it happens i think it wasnt ment 2 b, theres nothing to make up for when your partner dies.

Cue the quotations...

Real loss only occurs when you lose something that you love more than
yourself. ~Emon

The greatest harm can result from the best intentions."
~Stone of Tears

"What does not destroy me, makes me stronger"

"To be loved is to be fortunate, but to be hated is to achieve distinction"

"Love is a snowmobile racing across the frozen tundra. Suddenly it flips, pinning you underneath. At night, the ice weasels come"

And my all-time favourite...

"The whole conviction of my life now rests upon the belief that loneliness, far from being a rare and curious phenomenon, peculiar to myself and to a few other solitary men, is the central and inevitable fact of human existence." - Thomas Wolfe
