Your pics are awaiting approval by the site owner. You can get one to show up as your avatar if you go onto the main site and click your picture gallery. Under the piccies you will see a button that says flirtbox.net...if you click that on one of them then it will show up on here

Aha, time to open up Photoshop and cut myself out of one of those pics to make it avatar-size
