kinda looking a bit of everything, fitstly i joined for dating, then i found the forums, they are fun and a great way of passing time, but ya im here for dating, the craic, friends and jus generally having a laff, which is wat in having.

The chances of getting many dates are limited lol as there a very few in NI that use the boards, and its a bit harder 2 pop over 2 England for a date lol, and ya id kinda prefer 2 go on a date with some1 of here, as u have had more of a chance 2 chat and have a bit of craic with them, rather than some1 who has jus mailed u randomly

Quite a range of answers, seems that the levels of expectation for this site vary greatly from just chat to those who would like a 'date' or to meet someone for a possible relationship.

I'm going to keep following the chat forums and just see who is around, I think if people don't expect they'll necessarily meet someone on here, friends could be made. And if more than that develops with someone it's a bonus!

I guess I'm like everyone else on the chat forums, I've a social life and come into contact with people regularly. This just seemed like a change from meeting women in pubs or clubs, and a chance to chat first.

i joined to meet ppl and have a laugh i am of the s chool of thought that if i get to know ppl away from clubs pubs and the like and i click with somebody over time the dating will come theres no need to rush these things

i dont get why anyone would say they werent looking for a date if they joined a site called flirtbox.. now, if you were just looking for a laugh, then you'd have joined a joke forum

I wanted to have more people in my life, especially men, and would be happy with friendship around common interests, but a date would be great if I found someone I clicked with.

Not really looking for 'life partner' though....Unfortunately, either the guys I like live too far away, are too young or else they're not really wanting to meet for REAL they just wanna flirt via the site
