You might find it useful to look on the disscusion boards for topics related to replies to messages 'cos there's quite a bit about what 'not to do' as many messages remain unanswered. Also people say how they like to be approached.
My advice is to write something that would sound different than just Hi! wanna chat?

OP (original poster), try looking at profiles of people that has been here for some time. We have trough trial and error came up with some sort of working profile.
The more you write about yourself the better as ppl then can relate to you better.
A few nice smiling pics also.
Send a few messages, take the time to read the girls profile and see if you are compatible.
Don't be disheartened if you don't get a reply - it happens to all of us.
