I've not voted yet (and i might not, i'm not sure yet) but I have to say that this thread is just exploiting all the issues us men have about our bodies and I'm quite offended by it.....

That would be fine...Its more a lifestyle thing than an issue about someones looks...I think...(?)

Harry, sorry dude, didn't mean to offend, was just wondering, seeing as im a guy who has maybe a little extra, but am working on that hence me asking.

hey man, be happy with what you've got .. otherwise we'd be a nation of health fanatics and gym members.
Oh wait, we already are.
And don't take me so seriously ![]()

ahh the gym.
I used to go, as I had free membership
Then it ended and it all went belly up (as it were) after that.
As i live on the side of a mountain, I just go for runs and walking the dog and that
I'm kinda lucky tho as all my fat is mid-body so my arms and legs are all natural musle. will post a pic soon. mee with no middle section, might end up on chaneel 4 lol.

I remember reading somewhere, sometime ago, that as a nation the british have the highest number of gym memberships per person but only 1 in 10 of those memberships ever got used.
I was a member of a gym once but all the "fanatics" put me off so i stopped going.
I can also safely say i'm not happy about my weight .. I need to put some more on ![]()

I see Im not in the minority when it comes to this subject. I prefer toned over muscular any day. Have you ever met a nice muscular guy? NOOOT! Only if they got the muscles through honest labor and not at the gym after drinking protein shakes and steroids.

Hey lady some of us have it because of the excessive testerone that courses through our veins and don't need protein shakes and steroids

Sorry, but if you are serious about gaining muscle mass then you need to take in a LOT of extra calories preferably protein. So i see no probs with the shakes.
What can I say, I'm 16.5 stone and 5'11 so according to the doc I'm obese
(not to mention the hassle working away from home does to your body - way too much rich food)

Yeah damn right fella, you ladies should stop treating us just as a piece of meat and be more interested in our minds than our bodies, after all, it is your minds we are interested in more than your bodies,
yeah, you wish lol

I don’t really like guys who are too muscley, i think its important what’s on the inside. I like to do sports, but im not a fanatic and body building fanatics scare me. I would rather go out with some one overweight but nice, than muscley and a physco
not sure where i put my vote... toned.... but doesn’t matter that much
