Gawd, I was soooooo aware today of eye contact with a friend after this thread/discussion, she was doing most of the talking sat opposite me in my kitchen for over 2 hours......I found it hard to concentrate and kept wanting to giggle, I felt so self-concious and nervous it was awful!

I'm usually fairly impressed by anyone who doesn't brand a whole gender because of their misfortunes in the love game.

I've had my crap relationships and I've had good ones. Just because a relationship hasn't worked, doesn't necessarily mean it was bad a one nor necessarily the other persons fault.
If a person has been unlucky enough to have a dozen relationships go wrong, it's not enough to brand a whole gender. Plenty of people have good relationships which proves that there are good people out there, or at least one to suit you.
