Okay so it looks like next weekend I may have my first date/meet for quite some time. It will be some place central for coffee so she can feel safe.

Any thoughts/suggestions? I thought I would bring a single red rose?

I would say do not take a rose - take something unusual, something that will make her think of you again if she sees the flower.
