I usually keep a bit of stubble, I hate being completely clean shaven. I'm thinking of growing a full beard for the first time, to see how it looks.

(Although that is in part due to being too lazy to shave for the last week Very Happy )

I've grown a multitude of different bloody things for parts over the years.

On a personal note however i find that more women notice me without a beard than when i do have one.

Some ex's told me to grow a beard some to get rid of it, and even when it was a big hairy mess i wasn't allowed to trim some people liked it.

No matter what it is, there is someone there who likes what you've done with your face.

Well, that was the plan. Then I saw a relative in town.

"Oh, you growing a beard?"
"Yeah"
"It makes you look like your Dad when he was young"

Erm... *buzzing sound of electric razor*

I got my boyfriend to shave his beard/tache off the other day to see how he looks. Apparently it's the first time in 22 years!!

Pity I don't like it Laughing Still, won't take long to grow back

I don't like beards on men. Nor moustaches. Maybe goatees, but just a bit. I have found in my experience that few men look appealing to me whilst wearing a beard. I was once in love with someone wearing a beard, but I really didn't care much bout his physical appearance, as his character and mind said it all.

However I do like the 2-3 day beard. On few people though.

By whole... I don't like beards. I don't like people with beards (not that way I mean). There are few people who actually look good with beards. Besides, beards give you rashes.
I like hair on men, just not much on their face. Though it would make them manlier. Maybe that's why you enjoy it, RG. However, men can be very manly without a beard too. They've got a whole bunch of other stuff to make them manly.

I definitely prefer clean shaven faces on men, but I love a good head of hair on them too. I would still date a guy with a beard but I know it'd give me skin trouble Sad so I've gotta really like 'em, and I don't like goaties!

Think some of my adversion is due somewhat to having had an ex-hubby, who used to grow a beard everytime he was cross.........
