As a sort of related thing, I've had a few women say that I need to put on weight. I know some that felt that way deeply enough to not find me attractive. Not that I care, you understand. I think about trying to bulk myself up a bit, and I have tried sometimes because I figured it couldn't do any harm, and sometimes I've felt I'd like to be stronger, but believe it or not it is actually hard work.

I'm not overweight but could exercise a bit more.
Let's say I have a body for rugby, not figure skating.

Best thing about posts like these is that there is always plenty of talking but not a hint of walking.
If we were all so open to larger men and women, and if we're always saying how much we like one another (so thats personality covered to a degree) then how come we're all here posting and not meeting (or even messaging)?
Could it be that maybe one or two of us are being a little economical with the truth? Still, it makes us look better if we say we're not fussy eh?

I will be honest and say I personally think I would get a better response from women if I lost a 2 stone,
Because im a laugh and fun I usually end up in the nice guy friends zone or as the back up guy and this annoys the hell out of me tbh.. so women prefer built men to chubby men I think |

I think you'll find most people take it to their private boxes if their is an attraction so it's unlikely we'd get to find out.

You probably ain't far of the mark there. At the end of they day the best looking men and women get most of the attention in the pubs and night clubs etc imo. Same as on Internet dating sites, no matter what people say.
Although people maybe become a little less fussy as they get older. The fat men and women always get left out when the slow dances start..and the problem is they wont ask each other to dance.
That's the way I see it anyway.

To a topic brought up before, about somebody putting on weight, I'd say dont, I mean unless its for your satisfaction, but then thats hypercritical of me I soppose because people tell me not to lose weight for men, and I always dismiss it and am finding new and (probably above all) stupid ways to do it, all in the name of the opposite love. Attraction goes along way though.. it aint just 'he's fit' or 'shes fit' anymore (well I think for the majority on the forum)? I think its more about how you feel with this person, or how they make you feel? I've been extremely attracted to some pretty dull looking men simply because they made me feel something, they attracted me in more ways than just looks. Yeah looks are nice, who would admit their not? But for the most part, the days of looking for people just cos of their looks are far behind.. I know they are for me? I can say that truthfully.. yeah I have to feel attracted to them but looks arent always the attraction? Guess thats to put the long story above short, but thats just how it works for me. If I saw a skinny/thin guy and wasnt attracted to his body, I would end up attracted to it simply because I was attracted to the whole person. I think it works out that way for the larger people too? Although I have my preferences, size just isnt the most important thing to me, and I dont think it ever has been.
