I was thinking more of first impressions....I suspect there are one or two women more shallow then you red
..and I'm single by choice, when I decide to settle down, if ever, I will and they will be queueing up

| Personally I think all this 'making me laugh' and personality is rubbish with most women, they still get turned on by looks. |
You're using one example to create a generalisation.
True, it takes more than being funny to create attraction.
The fat funny guy screwed up because all he was doing was saying funny things. When a bloke tries to impress a girl using jokes and that's all he's doing, whatever, he's communicating lower status. The bloke is nothing more than a performing monkey. Women are attracted to people with higer status, not lower status. Humour is important, but to communicate higher status, it has to be used selectively and in a cocky way.

I have absolutely no problem with fat men. I think a belly is a turn on especially if its hairy and the hands are big lol

I did use one example to create a generalisation, correct. But I think its valid, I'm suspicious of women who say they are attracted to fat comedian's on TV. I suspect most women would stay with them laughing at their jokes, then go off and shag a good looking bloke with a fit body. That's from experience of being a fat bloke and a fit bloke.
Similar probably happens on this board as well

mmm i love big guys!!
im a curvy girl and i like to feel safe and looked after
i wouldnt disregard smaller guys but im quite old fashioned and i want my guy to be bigger than me

Damn some of you guys are really jaded and bitter by the sounds of things..
Sure women find succsessfull men attractive.. allong with fit men.. part of the biological urge to provide the strongest fittest children..
but I think peoples tastes are different some women find big guys attractive. I have a mate who is 6 2 and huge.. hes fat but carries it off and women love him for it.. becuase he has the confidence of a big man..
Women "smell" fear and insecurities what they are really attracted to is power confidence, if this is a hugs wallet nice car and all the symbols that this gives then fair enough.. but subconciously women need to know that they are taken care of or at the very least the bloke can take care of himself and therfore can look after offspring.
sure were evolving past the bioligical into phsycological reasons as wer get further away from our caveman roots..

I live in Chav city centre. I am surrounded by an amazing amount of thick, uncaring, selfish people, who could not give a crap about anything.
I speak as I find. Most of the girls my age, in Walsall, are thick, annoying cretins, only interested in 'fit guys' and Big Brother. They think Celebrity = Talent, and Fat = Worthless. They think your value as a human being is rated by how well known you are, how much money you have, and how attractive you are.
If I'm jaded its because over the last few years I've seen the state of society to come, and it isn't pretty.
*Rant over*
