So if you have fears on the dating scene then your doomed to failure, or is it a question of finding and hooking up with people who have similar fears?

its a question of meeting people who put your fears to rest. its like jigsaw pieces fitting together. if they dont fit it aint gonna work. two people may have the same fears but at least one of them has to be able to get over them in order to reassure the other. i've been there when it didnt happen & it was a nightmare for both of us Confused

We're all grown ups. If she asks you, or you ask her, what's the difference really? You're either gonna get along or not. I personally think if you like someone, either online or out'n'about, then go say something, numnuts! What's the worse that can happen? A polite 'no thanks, i don't think we'd click' or the equivalent? I've learnt from experience that it can be a bit daunting to cross that line (from either side!) but worth it even it doesn't go anywhere.
btw....first time posting a comment so go easy on me. :0)
