We love it. It feeds the male ego and at the same time we don't have to work up any bottle to make the 1st move or the tightrope walk to chatting a girl up.

Ironically, the sexiest girl I ever dated made all the moves on me without me so much as looking twice at her the whole night. It was great.

So true, even though it's usually expected for guys to make the first move, it's a brilliant feeling when a lass comes over and starts chatting to you.

As for guys seeing that as a definite opportunity for love, judging by reading the comments and my own opinion, I don't think that many guys see it as that at all.

It does take a lot of guesswork out of whether they want a date or not.

yeah i think its awesome, not only it shows their confidence it also saves me from making the leap, but sometimes i get paranoid....is she going to kill me?

seriously though, girls should make the first move...AND they should pay for our date meal too

teehehee only joking....

I’m really too shy to say hello to women, even on here. So if a woman makes the first move I think it would be great. Anyway, it’s an outdated thought that men can only approach women. Women have every right to take an opportunity and make their own destiny. I’m sure you could tell after talking for a while if a guy is sleazy or not.

So if anyone is out there, don’t worry. I won’t mind if you say hi to me first!

If it was me.... and yes lol it would be me... I would be only too happy to have someone make the first move. I have to confess that I can be rather shy around people so it makes life difficult at times as a blind person. You can never completely read people.

For me, the last time I tried to make an attempt at flirting with someone, the young lady in question laughed at me, shouted her partner over to then insult me further. You can't exactly hold someone's hand and feel for an engagement or wedding ring in this day and age. lol.

If someone tried to chat me up and god I do wish this to happen then I would be a happy young guy.

anyway if you feel comfortable enough in a situation, all you can do is test the water and see what happens.

Like others have said.. it's an ego boost... The guy will think he is gods gift all of a sudden but for me personally, If a girl asks me out then I think it's too easy and I like a challenge.
