I've got a sad story about my ex, but nevermind.

Always in control ay jeggsie?

Well my story is:
I fell in love at 17, I'm 19 now, and I thought he was great. He was always smiling and I was attracted to the mysterious glint in his eyes. They were such a pretty colour, a silvery blue, I wish I had painted him. We dated for a year and a half and, hell, I thought we were going to get married. How stupid.
Well, I thought I'd visit him for a surprise visit.
"Jake!" I called, opening the door, "It's me, Layla!"
He didn't answer so I checked in his room, he has naps a lot, and he was having love with another girl. Cliché I know. Instead of running away I screamed at him and he looked at me and said calmly, "I never loved you, you were a mere toy."
Those words sting more then you will ever know.
A few days later (I stopped going outside except for food) and bought the newspaper.
Jake had been hit by a car and died.
I still loved him, even if he was a jerk.
I even went to the funeral, I placed white roses on his grave, they were his favourite flowers.
I think I wanted to join him.
Because......I thought he was my soul mate.
Life always lies, huh?

So now you know.
Jake, I hate myself for still loving you.

Tragic story layla..very sad. But you have no reason to move on quickly, but you will when you are ready. You're young, and a lot of people catch their other halves out, it happens. Just take your time in my opinion, and try and enjoy life the best you can.

i read your post and it brought a tear to my eye.it was so sad and tragic for you layla.you were young when it all happened my heart goes out to you.for him to say he never loved you is so heartbreaking for someone who you think is your soulmate and think he would say things like that must of really hurt you deep inside.it must be hard for you to trust people and try and find someone trustworthy.i hope you can find happiness again find a nice guy to treat you with all the love and respect you deserve.there is nice guys out there but they are hard to find.i wish you all the best in love and life and hope one day you will have your true love.enjoy your life let no one get you down because you are special and deserve to be loved.

There's no point in trying to rush getting over someone, because in the end all that will happen is, you'll think about them more and it'll hurt for longer.

It's not life that lies by the way, just a large percentage of the people that you'll meet in it. "Everyone lies" is one of Dr Houses more common sayings and guess what.. it's true !
