I took a look at your profile out of curiosity and just wanted to offer some friendly advice -

Don't worry about a thing, you're only 17!. Keep working hard on those A levels and get your ass to a good Uni. You will meet loads of people that you have more in common with than those around you now. More likely than not there'll be plenty of nice girls who'll appreciate you there too.

Agree completely with the man above. You should get yourself to Uni, join a few societies and take part. You'll be fine, you seem down to earth and unpretentious, in short just be yourself it will pay off before too long.

i just wanted to post something, but dude. I don't know how it is out there, but i can tell you at 6'3 165 lbs i get weird looks at clubs and bars because im skinny and tall. Heres the thing though. At the end of the night when im leaving the club with a women and the moron at the bar with the huge mucles is leaving by himself well enough said. In my opinion and somewhat short experience just take the initiative. Think of it like a pay check. Will you get one if you don't work?

Oh that's awfull, does she have to shave daily?!

Uni is (apparently) a major eye opener and really fills people with confidence. I never went, as i left school and did a 4yr apprenticeship in Engineering. Not sure if it was the right move or not - i missed out on all those women and now the wages a pretty shite, even though i'm quite highly qualified. Soooo, the choice is:
no uni - no women, less friends and a crappy income
go to uni - loads of women, loads of good mates and a big income (eventually!)
Wink
