i find weight training and cycling give me a confidence boost, its like an adrenalin rush, exercise is good for the mind, its being prescribed by doctors to fight depression now too.
also getting my haircut makes me feel good about how i might look.
i think when i help somebody with something, or offer to help that makes me feel good too.

I'm not sure that's good or bad in your opinion (but from your grin I guess its good) ... I love watching football in the pub with the lads! Its one thing I do miss about not being in a relationship! (amongst other things of course!).

Not wanting to bring it back down to earth you lot i thought you were going to watch football should'nt that be scotland then

Well, seeing how i'm a die hard footie fan..it's good
I watch football with or without the lads!
I can happily go to a pub on my own, and watch a game...i'm normally the one stood at the front swearing at the screen..
